We recently completed a bespoke extension in Stanford, Kent, designed entirely to the client’s specifications. The project involved removing a load-bearing wall and replacing it with an RSJ, creating a more open, light-filled space that flows naturally from the existing home.

The extension features a brand-new kitchen and a seamless ceiling level that incorporates a large skylight, maximising natural light throughout the area. A new utility room has been added, fully insulated to reduce noise from appliances, along with a convenient toilet and basin.

The fibreglass roof ensures durability while the new decked seating area offers a stylish outdoor space perfect for entertaining.

The client was ecstatic with the results.
