The project involved transforming a large common room into two new bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, while simultaneously opening up three older bedrooms to create a more spacious, interconnected layout.

Key structural works included:

Removal of two load-bearing walls with installation of RSJs to support the new open-plan design.

Blocking up an existing kitchen wall and creating a new opening from the back of the common room to accommodate a modern kitchen space, including another RSJ installation.

All structural work was completed under full building control approval, which we manage ourselves to reduce stress and ensure compliance for our clients. We also liaised directly with the structural engineer, keeping the process straightforward and seamless for the customer.

Electrical and Plumbing Installations

Our team handled all electrical work, ensuring every installation was tested and approved to current standards. Plumbing, including full kitchen installation, was carried out in-house, reflecting our commitment to quality and attention to detail at every stage.
